Default Coil over change to spacer

I have a 2000 2WD V8 Limited with 1.5" steel blocks in the back and a fabtech coilover up front. Looks great and everything seems to be tights as it should be, but i get a rattling sounds fron the front end on "grainy" roads....sounds good and solid offroad. My off road prowess is limited to a quick run through a muddy ally or something. I'm flirting with the ideas of going back to my 'mushy' stock springs and a spacer(and yes, remove the blocks from the back) I still want a level look. My question is what spacer do you guys prefer. Confed seems to be the favorite. I like revtek, but they are aluminum which I'm not too sure about with all the jarring that goes on in the front end. There is also Daystar.... Which do you prefer or Not prefer and why?

ProtechEZlift hands down. Not many ppl have em but they are great. They come with limit straps and a differential spacer to aid CV angles, free stickers too. They are also powder coated black to blend to the truck. Check my pics.
