I've been trying to figure out the best lift solution for the last month or so. I'm probably gonna go with a set of adjustable coilovers, more than likely King.
Down the road, I'll prbably get a pair of Total Chaos arms.

When I get some more money saved up, I'll lift the rear and crank the coilovers up another 1" or so.

Well Im planning on getting some Teamwest Coilovers for my Tundra and recommend that you also get Upper Control Arms (Camburg or Total Chaos).
I have a Spintech muffler and its the Sportsman XL. I suggest that you keep the stock pipe sizing like everyone else says. I have slightly larger piping and I can feel the lost of low end torque. Y pipe i dunno, just leave it stock i guess, you dont really want to mess with that. LSD, i purchase mine from another TS member awhile back for like $250.00 and got it install for $300.00. So yeah hopefully i answer your questions.

suspension=
- adj. coilovers <teamwest is an excellent choice, allows you to customize a shock to whatever spec you want and is affordable>

-TC upper a arms < gives you 1" more droop than stock and replaces the factory ball joints that are vulnerable to stress>

-didnt say if youre a 2wd or 4wd. 4wd I would recommend diff drops by total chaos, and HD cv clamps. if your boots rip, theres a member who has sourced out 930 boots that are cheap. labor on those are anywhere from 80-300, good 4wd store will do them cheaper.

-Rear springs, deaver leaf pack. Teamwest also has these custom made to an 11 pack spec. the spring rate is progressive and the rear feels nailed to the ground. gives you an extra 2 inches of lift.

-rear shocks go with either a bilstein 5100 or 7100, these are short of cutting through the bed.

- wheels and tires: this is personal preference, I myself if I could do it all over again would go with the walker evans 17" simulock or real beadlock rims. www.walkerevansracing.com , tires depends on how much your on/off road BFG all terrains are good for everything. Goodyear MTR's if you do alot of trail, muddin such and such.

PM me for more details and sourcing out parts if you need a hand

I have a 4wd and i have the donahoe coilovers with the total chaos diff spacers as well as the Team Gordon wheels. I haven't had a chance to do anything to the rear but you can check my pics to see how it looks.
