Does anyone know off the top of their head what the B.S is for the stock Tundra rims?
Thanks for the info folks!

4 and 5/8 I believe. RCD is recommending a minimum 3 and 5/8 BS for their setup. Some wheel manufacturers don't offer that bs on some of their rims, but do offer 3.75 for instance.
on their white reg cab model truck, they look to be using AR sliders, which are 4.5 BS wheels. who knows, maybe when imdone gets his he can tell us exactly what will fit
the stock rims seem more backspaced than 4 5/8s, they seem like 5.5inch or so.
Talked to Mike at ORW today, he spoke w/RCD boys, they said that they are waiting for the feedback from the 2 local installed kits before they send mine out. Hopefully it will be soon, I am DYING to have it and put it on.
I'll post any updates.

ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT MAKING A NEW POST??? TRY SEARCH FIRST!!!!!
just joining in on the convos for this new thread..stoked to finally see this on someone's truck with some 35's...
triggs..i noticed some post about you buying the RCD spindle for your truck when they make the beefy one for 03's and up..is that what your going to do? also..why didn't you keep your total chaos upper arms for your tuff country lift?? how is that lift running??any problems?
Does anyone know if the RCD lift will be available for both 2wd and 4wd drive. Also does anyone know off the top of their heads if The Tuff Country 4.5" lift is ok for both 2wd and 4wd drive. Also I want to start a new thread that will compare the Tuff Country vs. RCD lift (so make sure you voice your opinions in that).

Yes, I would like to buy the rcd spindle or tuff country spindle. The RCD might be a little better in my case, since I added the coilovers to add 2.5" on top of the 4.5" TC lift, and the RCD spindles should be set up for the 6" lift and the TC spindles are set up for the 4.5" lift. In other words the RCD spindles should be a little longer meaning less stress on the upper control arms.

As for the TC uppers, they would not work with the spindle adaptors. So I figured to sell them for now and put the money towards the lift. Since by the time they (whichever company makes them first) make the new spindles to fit the 04's I would have the money for new uppers instead of just sitting in the garage.
The lift is running great so far, have to test it offroad other than some dirt washboard roads in Hesperia.
As for any problems, only a clunking noise while making a hard turn left. That I guess could be from the steering stops (which was toold to me in another post) or just cranking my parts to 7"s of lift. Haven't had a chance to look in detail due to all the rain and work.
sounds good to me..but once you get that new spindle from RCD or tuffy..the TC upper arms will still work right..so why not keep them instead of going out and buying others??
The Tuff spindles have new ball joints and bearings already inserted/pressed into the spindles. Assuming that they are compatible (I've heard that they are not) Would the Total Chaos Arms add more articulation?

The $500 I got from them was in need for my lift w/ wheels and tires. I know its gonna be no time soon for the new spindles so I didn't want money just sittin in the garage.
As for the Tuff Country spindles, they will work fine with TC uppers, theres a few people on this site that has the setup, such as CBchief.
Did you regear yet? Are you going to? Or does the truck seem to run fine without new gears? Thanks.
-Jose
For the RCD and TC lift, you can run 35's which I have. The V8 engine seems to push them along no problem. I have heard if your gonna be towing alot, then you might want to regear. But for me and the light offroading (trails and fire roads) I do, these gears are fine. I will get the ARB airlocker for the rear though since I'm 2wd.
