Post Lowering kit

this is not for everyone, but wanted to hear from those interested.

i was referred to someone that could fabricate a drop kit for the sequoia and tundra and was wondering who would be interested. i've gotten many PMs in regards to this, so just wanted to know who is still interested. btw, i don't have any specifics for now, but the kit will be a close match to the TRD kit. i'll try to find out on monday what the kit will consist of.

UPDATES on TRD and Eibach: TRD is not going to mass produce the prototype kit that was on the two SEMA sequoias and Eibach still has no updates on any lowering springs.

PM me or reply to this thread if you are interested.

thanks,
Chris

Thumbs up

Simias
The Lowering Kit sounds really good. I am sure a lot of people have been waiting for something like this. Update us once you get more info on price and what the kit comes with. I also would like to know how much will it drop the vehicle?

Thanks,
Marty

I think it looks great. I remember a thread where you posted about going from 22s to 26s. Have you had a chance to put either of these wheel setups on yet? More, bigger pics with or without the other wheels would be great. Good job!

I might be interested, still deciding what to do with the SQ. How much do you expect the cost to be? I am assuming the springs would drop the back ~2" to level it out? /Mike

Very nice. I see that you've done significant other work though. If I'm not mistaken, those are Lexus RX-300 headlights ! Give us some details on that job.

Hey man. thanks for knowing. I didnt think many ts member would figur it out yet. But yes Its 02 Lexus RX300 Headlights on my truck. I been wanting to do this conversion for a long time now. Its easy but also not easy to do it. It took me sum time to do it. Alot of cutting was done, Most of all it fit in where the old headlights where lined up on top. i just had to cut some of the coresupport so the light can fit in deeper, cut Fenders, and removed the bumper filler out to make everything to fit. I havent fully finsh my conversion yet i still have to fill in the wholes on the hood where the old headlights set at. Then I'm going to do a lexus grill. Here's a close up pic.

Dude that's gunna look sick. You ought to go with HID's if those lights don't already have them. Keep us updated though.
