Default Tundra Torque Spec's

Does any one know what the torque settings are for the bolts on the front sway bar are? Also the torque specs for the bolt that holds the bottom of the front shock. I just put on a 2.5 inch spacer. I think I might have the above items on too tight. I have no forgiveness in the front end around corners.

Thanks
Tyson
