Default Hellwig Sway Bar Wearing Out?

Is it just me or does it seem like after having the Hellwig installed, the Tundra handled AWSOME...a few months later, it seems like its leaning in corners again?

Am i imagining things or is the sway bar staring to flex?

Anybody else?

Have you gone back to tighten everything like the instructions say you should?
They do work loose over time...

How many miles do you have on the shocks...?? You might want to change the stock shocks out if you haven't yet..... Bilsteins would be a good replacement shock. JB

I had to re-tighten all the nuts after about 3K miles, my shocks have 37K on them. I noticed that the poly bushings on the endlinks were starting to deteriorate also which may cause excessive lean too.

Btw does anyone know where to get replacement bushings for this? Hellwig seems not to want to respond to emails or calls. I may just end up dumping it and buying the Toyota TRD one with the aircraft spherical bearings instead of poly bushings and shackles.

You can find endlink kits with bushings at any automotive parts store. If you just need the bushings, it won't matter what size the endlinks are.

Really? Excellent customer service is one of the things that I've always liked about Hellwig. I called them once or twice when I first got the bar to resolve issues with short u-bolts and they were always responsive. I've now had my anti-sway bar for 3 years... I called them up not 2 months ago and asked them how much they charged for a complete endlink bushing set as mine appeared to be ready for replacement. To my surprise, they sent the set out to me for free...

Do you know where I can get some info on this TRD rear sway-bar? I asked the parts guy at the local dealer and he looked at me like I had two heads! Any info/links appreciated.

I'll be talking to my local dealership later this week, as they said they have some, and I'll get a price and hopefully a part number too.
