Question 2000 Tundra Rear Axle Seals

Was there a TSB on the on both the driver and passenger side rear axle seals?
And would it still be covered by Toyota if it was out of warranty?
I had the drivers side done earlier this year while under warranty and now the passenger side is leaking but is out of warranty.

There was a TSB to announce a design change but not a problem DL002-03 DRIVELINE & DIFFERENTIAL REAR AXLE SEAL DESIGN CHANGE. Usually no coverage after warranty expires.
