Default 05 DC body lean whats up with that?

I have a tundra 05 dbl cab, with about a 3/4" lean to the right side. New donahoes and devers, helwig sway bar, and it hasn't helped one bit.
anybody got a clue about this? is there a fix?

Default

3/4" is a bit excessive. Mine is 1/8" lean when my tank is empty. Just level when it's full.
