yep, the dealer will take care of the allignment for you. In my case, they alligned it so well that my tires rubbed on my front bumper in almost every point of a turn! It's the only time i've been disappointed by toyota. Still haven't completely fixed the allignment.
Just had it done a coupla weeks ago, here's what the invoice says:

I'm fairly sure mine wasn't aligned after the repair either... I've had extreme wear on the front driver tire's outside edge since... they wore perfectly even up until this. Anyone seen anything in a factory bulletin saying they should have done it at the time?
I, too, had the 50J recall on my 2003 4WD Tundra V-8 SR5 Access Cab. A wheel alignment is a part of the job. The way I understand the literature, Toyota has 2 payment provisions for the dealers: (1) Tie-rod adjustment/50J and (2) Complete wheel alignment/50J.
So what do most dealers do? They do a quick check of the caster & front camber and if they are within Toyota's too-wide range of specs., they call it okay after a quick tie-rod adjustment & charge Toyota for the full alignment. That's what my dealer's service dept. did, even after I provided the specs. I wanted. They did provide my requested print-out, confirming they did nothing to caster and camber.
A few lucky TS posters...a few...actually have dealers who gave them the alignment to their requested specifications as a part of the 50J recall.
