Default NEW REVTEK LIFT KIT COMING; Install tips?

My new revtek lift kit is coming tommorow (part #435). I was just wondering if anyone had any install tips and pointers. This is the 2.5" spacer lift in front with a 1.5" block in the rear. I am also replacing the factory black shocks with the heavy duty bilsteins all the way around. My truck is a 06 double cab 4wd (non trd). Will be replacing wheels and tires. Current wheel is 17"; going to mickey thompson classic II. Current tire size is 265/65/17; going to a BFG All Terr. 285/75/16. Any and all info. would be great. Thanks!
