Another great Go West experience

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Bill West once again for his incredible customer service.

I first started talking to bill back in October 2002 when I decided to put some coilovers on my 03 Tundra. Not only did Bill have the only coilover that was custom sprung and valved for our trucks, he also designed a custom top mount plate so they could be installed.
The coilovers were great, but what really stands out is how responsive Bill was. Before and during the installation I had several questions. Bill had the answers and helpful advice on making the process easier.

Recently one of my coilovers started leaking oil so I dropped them off at the sway away factory and had them rebuilt. I figured since I had them off, it would be a good time to upgrade the upper A arms. I gave Bill a call and he had them too me within the week.

This past Saturday I decided to install the new A arms and during the installation I ran in to a couple questions. I called Bill 3 times that day and he either answered my call or returned it within 10 minutes each time. I don't know anyplace/anybody else you could buy from and get that level of support

Thanks again Bill for your dedication to this forum and the members on it. I look forward to my next Go West buying experience.

Congrats, have fun with your new setup. No doubt Bill is a very helpful , knowledgable guy. He hooked up my 05 Tundra, and there is no doubt he will be doing up my new 06 doublecab taco prerunner. I personally will not allow anybody else to even touch my trucks.
