Default Will 33x12.5 with Donahoe coils and 4.25" BS?

Just like the title states... will a 33x12.5X18 Toyo MT fit/rub on my truck if I had 2.5" Donahoe colis and 4.25" back space on my rims?

i have 305/70/16 baja claws with donahos and they rub just a slight hair. i got the wheels from wheelers offroad with their backspacing which is just 4 i believe.
