Default Doing a lift soon, requesting input

I'm doing a minor lift to my 03 Tundra (TRD 4x4), and wanted some input. After reading a lot on this forum and learning about the components versus what my desired intent will be, I am planning the purchase of the following from Wheelers:
- Front coil set
- Wheelers AAL kit
- Bilstien HD shocks all around

I've also read the excellent install thread by TundrastruckDave at
A Day of Installing a Lift!

I'm debating doing the Wheelers front diff spacer kit as well, it's only $25. Even though I'm only doing 1.75" of lift in the front, do you all think it would be beneficial? I doubt it'd hurt anything, and seems like cake to install.

Any pearls of wisdom before I get started? Any special stuff (other than a spring compressor) that I'll need in advance? I already have a very full set of metric tools, so other than suspension-specific stuff I am probably ok there.

I'm also doing the Hellwig anti-sway kit; I presume that gets installed after the AAL's are done, and seems straightforward. Anything I should be aware of when doing that in conjunction with the rear lift?

And lastly, my truck has almost 80k on the clock, and I know some parts like bushings and what have you will wear out over time. Since I'm in there and would like to do this once, are there replacement parts (Poly-U bushings, or something?) I should get that don't already come with the sway bar kit? (I assume the coils/shocks/AAL will come with nothing like that.)

One last thing -- my truck needs to go in for the ball joint recall. Should I do this before or after the lift kit gets installed? Any benefit to doing it either way (i.e. will Toyota align the wheels for me or anything)?

Thanks in advance for the input! I'm looking forward to this...

I found a ratheting box wrench (14mm?) critical to getting the top nut off of the rear shocks. Check it out before you get started.

I had the Ball Joint Service Campaign done and Toyota did align my truck afterward. That would be a good way to save some money
