Default Thoughts on...Offset 1" Zero Rate Add a Leaves

Found this newish(?) product in a friends Four Wheeler magazine. What are your thoughts on it? Seems like a block, but with benefits?

I saw an ad for the same product and was wondering if there was any benefit vs. a normal 1" lift block.
