Default Need Help with lift option?

Have a 05 Tundra Access, what I was thinking is 2.5 spacer lift and 1.5 in the rear aal and 3 inch body lift

1. Is there a body lift available for the 05 tundra access?

2. What size tire would go with this application of lifts? 33?35?

3. If I ran 33's with the above setup would the tires look to small for the lift?
4. Is the spacer lift all i need to run 33 with out rubbin?

Last, Is there anyone that has pictures of this setup with the spacers and body lift and 33's. And is there anyone with pictures of just the spacer lift and 33's. Pictures of 5 inches of lift will work too, but would like to see 33 with that.
I know this is alot of questions but better this way than multiple posts.
