Default Steering noise after lift install

I recently installed Camburg coilovers and UCA s on my 2004 D Cab 2wd. After about a month my steering has developed a definate groaning sound and an almost grating feel coming through the steering wheel. Power steering fluid level is fine. Has anyone else experienced this?

Clean upper and lower uniballs. Actually the best thing to do is to replace all four and call it a day. It might run about 400 or so but the ball joints come pre lubed with factory seeled boots. Press them in and your done. As long as you don't mess with lower A-arms or tie rods you shouldn't need an allignment.

Turn up the radio. As everyone has said: you can clean the uniballs and lube them, BUT the noise will return. Thats a fact your going to have to live with.
I have tried everything, from lubes, spray graphit, silicon sprays, silicon paste to loosening the bolt holding them together to the point that the bolt was loose. THEY MAKE NOISE.
I tightened them back up to my liking , since there is no spec and learned to live with it. Its a truck.
