got an 06 tacoma, put on the camburg coilovers and for the last two weeks i have been adjusting, adjusting, and adjusting, i just cant seem to find a height, about stock height there awesome, and when i go up there is a knocking, yes there is nitro in em, anyone have them on a tacoma, and about how may inches are you showing on the coilover with out haveing that anoying knocking and what height did it give you, i did have some measurements but there all shot cause i have don it so many times.
Help
Did you call the place where you bought them and ask what the problem might be? I have them on my truck and they don't make any noise. Did you put the aluminum spacer bushings on the shocks at the bottom? I know on the Tundra, the bigger spacer is supposed to be installed towards the rear of the truck. Is everything tight?

How long have you had the coilovers installed? You could have recieved a bad batch of springs. The knocking you are hearing could be coil bind, coil bind will cause the spring to disfigure, a rough ride, and constant adjustment to keep thhe height you are happy with.
I have have the Camburg C/O's on my Tundra and I was showing 3.5" of thread on the coilover and I was barely clearing my 285's, after the new spring I set it at 2.5" and haven't touched it since. Rides great and the ride height hasn't moved.
Call up Scott at Camburg. He will take care of you. And if you did get a bad set of springs, they will be replaced free of charge.
In this picture you can see how much the spring had compressed and was becoming disfigured.
Here is my small write up of my coil spring replacement....
