That can be annoying. I have to lube my uniballs every 6 months. Ive been using Moly grease. I clean the area, apply liberally with the truck jacked up under the arm so i can turn the wheel by hand side to side and get the grease distributed top and underneath. Then I jack the truck up by the frame so the arms hang down and get the rest.
Interstingly enough, I havent lubed the zerks for the bushings since I installed the arms 2 years ago. Not a squeak. Its on my to do list.
