About LinkBacksThis might be a dumb question but I've got a 04 Tundra AC with the V6 and a 5 speed and I am wondering if there is anyway to increase my towing capacity? I thought I read somewhere that if you get a higher rated trailer hitch it can increase capacity? Is there any truth to this? Also how hard do you think it would be to pull a decent size wakeboard boat out of the water with my style truck?

Re: Incresing Towing Capacity? Nope it it weighs more than what manufacturer says the truck can handle by bigger truck.AAL's and air bags,etc just get rid of sagging in the rear you still have same axles and such.Try searching there are lots of threads on this matter.
