Default Brush Guard whinning in the wind?

Just put a brush guard on my Sequoia and now I have what I can only describe as a tire like whine / high pitched vibration at highway speeds.
I also just added a K&N cold air intake. I know that one of these is the cause but I'm not sure which. A friend suggested it might be the bars across the headlights fluttering in the wind but I dunno. Nothing is loose on the brush guard and The bars across the headlights seem too thick and heavy to be fluttering in the wind. It's not really a big deal but it does distract from the prior smoothness I enjoyed before adding these 2 items.

Anybody know what might be going on here?
