Default TRD vs. Non TRD springs

I'm looking into getting the bilstein 5100 adjustable front shocks for my 01 4wd AC and I was wondering if the TRD springs are different than my non TRD stock springs. If so what is the difference? I am also wondering if this setup will realisticly give me enough room to run 33" tires? Thanks in advance for helping a newbie.
