I assuming the pros/cons vs stock ucas and balljoint so;

Pros : more wheel travel(provided you have a extended shock), better UCA clearance for larger tires, easier to align when front end is lifted, stronger, better handling, and look sweet

Cons : require more routine maintenance(greasing the uniball and bushings), can be louder, install can be a PITA (TC slug adapters are your friend ), and cost.

I run the camburg uca's and with the grease fittings, maintenance will be fairly easy and do not squeek/groan/moan at all. Even if they did make noise, the pros far outweigh the cons.

x2. Get them and don't look back.

Also, pick up a grease gun, a flexible hose attachment, and some Green Grease (greengrease.net). The stuff is better than the Superlube T/C normally runs, but hard to find without ordering.

They will let you know when they need to be greased, but assume if you run in dry/sandy climates, grease them after any long weekend in the sand/dirt, or otherwise just do it when you feel the need, or if they start to make popping noises at the bushings--means the bushings are getting dry.
