Default How much grease in the slip yoke?

I have an 04 Tundra 4WD. My question is: "how much grease is the slip yoke in front of the differential supposed to take? Is the grease supposed to ooze out the slide portion?

Some other member posted this once and I use this method. Fill with grease until you notice the yoke moving from the pressure. Remove the grease fitting and push the rear bumper down 2 or 3 times to release some grease and relieve the pressure. Reinstall the grease fitting.
