Default Will this TRD suspension fit my truck?

I found this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Tacom...QQcmdZViewItem

and was wondering if this would fit a '07 4x4 Regular Cab, and if so would they be a good upgrade over the current suspension?

I would think they'd fit. Doubt the leafs would be much of an upgrade tho. The stock ones suck. I'll sell you my front coilover set (same as pictured) for $100. They had 15k on them when I pulled them off.

The shocks would be firmer, and better quality, the front springs would be quite a bit heavier, and may or may not pick up front of truck too much. The only difference in the rear springs is the overload leaf; the 2 main leafs are the same. The overload leaf is thicker and contoured; tapered a little differently.
EDIT: price is a little high.

Thanks for the good feedback. Still not sure if I even want to do it though or if it would be worth it for me.

How much typically would installation be?
