Default Leveling question

I know it's been asked about a 1000 times already, but I need to know what the correct spacer size is to level out a 2007 Taco DC 4 x 4 V-6 so that the front sits level with the rear stock suspension. I finally got my 265/75/16 BFG AT on my FJ Cruiser TRD wheels. When the front is turned all the way I can barely put my middle finger between the tire and the inside part of the mud flap. I don't want to lift the truck because I like the ride as it is. I think leveling it would solve this issue fine, but I just want to do it right. Also, is aluminum better that the poly spacers? Any of you with experience in leveling your ride, please respond. Thanks.
