05 prerunner lift ?s

so i'm wanting to lift my truck, not much really, just enough to fit 32/33 inch meats, and i don't want fat ones, tall and skinny, so there's no rubbin issues. Don't need anything fancy, i'm not jumpin it. Couple ?s Can you stack front coil spacers with lifted coils/shocks? And...how much would the rear need to be lifted to keep things cool with the driveshaft and all that. Any help would be appreciated

Is this purely for cosmetics?

not purely for comsetics, i'd like a nice ride, that feels as close to stock as possible, a better ride would be nice too, i just need to know how much the rear needs to be lifted in relation to the front. I've seen a few rigs online that have 6 inch fabtechs stacked with 3 inch revteks, so stackin really isn't the issue, it's driveshaft stuff, just want to keep it from vibrating and what not
