Sleeping/Storage Shelf for bed with shell

Last year sometime I saw a thread on here where someone had built a wooden shelf in the bed of his Tacoma for sleeping on and had some storage underneath. It also had a link to another site where he had some pictures of how he did. I searched for the thread but have not had any luck. I am driving from WI to AK at the end of the month and want to install something similar in my Tundra. Does anyone remember who posted that thread or what the thread name was? Also if anyone else has some tips or recommendations, I would appreciate it.
