Re: Toyota set to rectify the poor dealer experience
That's good news for those who cite less than satisfactory performance from, and treatment by, their dealers. I'm happy to say that although I have had limited contact with my dealership, for the most part my experiences have been good.
Re: Toyota set to rectify the poor dealer experience
The article mentions "JD Power". A few weeks after I bought my truck, I got a VERY Long questionaire about my "Satisfaction" with my new "vehicle". There was a brand new REAL Dollar Bill in the envelope. Since the questionaire was so long, I put it aside, with the dollar bill lying on top as a reminder, until I had more seat time with the truck so I might be better informed when I filled it out.
A couple of weeks later (It might have been a little longer) I got a card from JD Power reminding me of the importance of my filling out the form "ASAP"... or something to that effect.
I have never been a fan of JD Power because it appears to me, they will say "Nice Things" about any company that PAYS them to do so. So I pocketed the dollar bill and "chucked" the questionaire in the circular file. TacoGuy
