Default 03 Tacoma Tranny cooler install...

30 min my aZZ!!! LOL I did take it slow though and thought things out as I went along. Been a long time since I turned a wrench on a truck, part felt good part felt like crap next time I'll have my mechanic do it. lol

All in all wasn't a bad job but a smaller Hayden cooler probably would been a better fit. Got her in and got it done.

Just to make it sure guys, the cooled line out of the radiator is on the passenger side correct? lol Please tell me it is because if I have to re-do this thing I might just take a shotgun to it! lol

Going to pick up a Tow Camper next week and want to make sure I don't fry the tranny on my truck. If it doesn't have enough pulling power sounds like a great excuse to get a TRD Super Charger!

Yeah, I sometimes find those wrenching jobs taking a little longer than expected to... I donno why...

And for the charger.... everyone I heard that has one loves it!!
Some have experienced better mpg while cruising around, but still all that power on tap when you really romp on it!
I'm trying to get a truck with a SC too... should be fun.

Good luck with the truck. Hopefully someone else will be able to chime in as well.

by the way... this should have gone in the 1Gen-Tacoma forum.
This one is for the 2005+ Tacomas!
