Rear Spring Squeak

Does anyone have the VIN range for the 2005 rear leaf spring squeak TSB? I have an early '06 Prerunner TDR OR with a constant squeek (or maybe more like a high pitch rattle) and I'm wondering if the TSB also applies to my '06. It sounds like I'm dragging a 10 ft link chain behind the truck and it's most evident when heard thru the cab's rear sliding window. Last time the service advisor told me that the sound was coming from "normal rear differential movement", but it's so loud and annoying that I'm sure there's something wrong and often embarrassed to drive it. I haven't been able to reproduce the sound when trying to stress parts under the vehicle when in my garage.

BTW, I finally made an appt thru my local dealership's "Customer Relations Manager" giving them one last chance before going thru Toyota directly. Problems yet to resolve:

-extreme clutch chatter (I now have camcorder evidence)
-constant squeak / high pitch rattle
-clutch pedal creak
-intermittant RF speaker
-loud engine ticking
-seeking RF wheel center cap replacement after it fell off shortly after dealership's failed attempt to re-balance wheels.
