TacomaGeneral discussion forum for the 2005 and later Toyota Tacoma.
This is a discussion thread titled "FJ wheels on Taco", within the Tacoma forum, part of the Truck Forums category.
Hello members. Just thought I would post a pic of my newly installed FJC alloys. I found a local seller who was unloading a complete set of 4 virtually brand new chromed FJC alloys, 1 non-chrome alloy spare, and 5 OEM tires at a great price, so I ended up buying the set. I also wanted to stay with a genuine Toyota part, and this set works perfect. I plan on upgrading the Bridgestone tires at a later date (Toyo Open Country?) with a more aggressive tread design. If you were kicking around the idea of throwing a set of FJC 17" alloys on your rig, this gives you an idea what your 2005+ Tacoma would look like. Check out Craigslist, ebay, or an online FJ Cruiser forum classified ad for a set.

Lost a lot space on that trade...and a lot of money for the gas? I like the new tundras just wouldn't want to pay for gas, and I love having all the space of my double cab...
I think the FJ TRD wheels are MUCH better looking that the standard FJ wheels...
