Cure for one thing, now something else!

Hello, it's been a while since the last time i posted. I'm reaching close the end of my warranty and would like some help. I'm getting fed up with the wind noise in my 05 tacoma. I recently took it in for the windshield reseal (same seal not 06-07 seals) which eliminate the wind noise at front but still have the whistling noise on the driver's and passenger's side. So has anyone found a solution to this yet? I read forums around here, some people say it's a bad door seal others say it's the triangle thing that holds the side mirrors. I do alot of traveling and the wind noise is annoying. Got any solutions that you guys did that seems to reduce the whistling sound?

I have an '06 and have not noticed any "out of normal" wind noise at any speed. Maybe they fixed it for the '06's. I really do not have any useful information for you as to how to get rid if it right now, but maybe something else: as you are running out of warranty, make sure you have proof of your complaints in writing (from your dealer).
Should Toyota come up with a TSB for this, at least you will have a good chance of getting it done for free.
