Default 05 Tacoma Trailer Lights

2005 Tacoma, 4x4, double cab

Can't get the running/tail lights to work on a utility trailer. Traced the problem back to the truck. Receiver hitch is not getting any power from the truck when I turn on the head lights. I get power for turn signals.

Toyota dealer installed towing package. I think my next step is to look for a blown fuse, but where is it. Under the hood(big black box on driver side) or under the steering on the inside? Also, if you can help, can you tell me which fuse it is within the box? Thanks very much for your help.

Looks like theres a 30amp fuse for the trailer lights. Id check there first, and then check for continuity between the towing tail relay and the connector. Where the relay, I do not know.
