Search the threads on "blinking a/c light" and you'll find that it can be the compressor, relay, or other components (even the light itself). Toyotas have a common problem with the relay sticking. Unless it keeps blinking, it was probably the relay sticking for a moment. Anyway, do the search on the threads and on the internet (you'll find more on ToyotaNation).
