Default Need body part.. or not.. help?

Hi, yesterday I just got hit again in my passenger's side quarter panel (bed). But this time it wasn't a door slam. I already got an estimate on the fix: $200 dlls for a paintless dent removal (both). The paint didnt get scratched. For a 30 min. job, I think it's a rip off!!! I was wondering what would be better, to get the PDR job done, or to get the whole quarter panel brand new/used and repaint it & get the TRD stick....? Any ideas? Offers?
BTW I live in SoCal (San Diego)

I had a PDR done on dent in my bed of my old Tacoma. It was great. I like it because I get to keep the original paint which to me is always a plus. $200 seems like a lot, but then again it will probably cost you more to have it replaced and repainted, plus you'll be without your truck for a couple of days.
