The non deep tint factory glass in the Tacoma's is a light tint, I doubt anyone uses completely clear glass anymore except some up and coming third world countries, but if you have a plastic film on the front windows it was installed by a previous owner, if one exists, or was a dealer or port center add-on. As far as I know, no one produces factory deep tint glass for the front windows, since in most parts of the world glass that dark is illegal, as it is in the US. Even in the US just about every state is different; some allowing none, some allowing certain varying percentages, and some states have strict laws but don't bother to enforce them where others will pounce on anything.
