That's the same as my 2.7 Prerunner. The motor has about 39k miles on it now, and fuel efficiency has been slowly but steadily improving since day one. Getting 22 mpg town and 25 highway now with no special technique required to achieve that.

The Tundra looks like a fine truck, but if you don't really need full-size capabilities the Tacoma is a great alternative.
