Alright guys,
I just got my plugs and now I'm trying to find the torque specs.
I found this here, but I have a couple questions:
Installation Guide: DENSO Iridium

--I know that it's a 14mm thread but do I go by flat seat or taper seat?
--Do I have a cast iron head or aluminum head?

Never mind.
I just found this thread and it answered my question.
We have aluminum heads and the spark plugs have a flat taper, so we are tightening the plugs to 15-22 ft lbs.

Notice the print below though about if adding any lubrication to the threads then cut the torque settings by 1/2.
I'm definitely using the anti sieze because these plugs that I got are the 120,000 mile plugs.

So, it looks like I'm torquing them to 7.5-11 ft lbs.
Thanks a bunch guys!

I took some pics for those who are interested in the long life plugs and not the power irridium.

Thanks for the update! Now, a question... have you been accurately tracking your fuel mileage (for a baseline)? I'm curious if you'll notice any change with the new plugs -- or any change in the way it runs, for that matter. I'm guessing no, but some guys have reported changes after installing a different type of plug.

It would be nice to know but this is my wife's ride.
We both notice how much smoother it is now though.

Did you check the gap or just install them?

I checked the gap on all of them before I installed them.
They were all gapped correctly.
No adjustments needed to be made.
