Default Synthetic Fluids

I have a 06 Sport Double Cab 4x4 with LSD with 61,000 miles, and I am wanting to change the fluids to synethetic. I have searchered here and other forums, but I still have a few questions.

Some people seem to have trouble with the recommeded 75w-90 with friction modifiers, and are running 80w-90. Some say that Toyota recommends the 80w. My manual says SAE 90 for above 0f, and SAE 80W or 80W-90 for below 0f.

Some also say that the rear LSD does not like Synthetics and needs Dino oil

I am considering using Redline 75W-90 (which has friction modifiers) for the rear and 75W-90 NS for the front diff and transfer case.

Does anyone have experience with these oils?

Maybe the folks running the 80W are from Canada?

Any help would be appreciated, I am new to this, and after much research, I am thoroughly confused

My setup, cheap QS Semi-syn 80W-90 for LSD applications in the rear, no friction mod added. Had no issues, works great. ready for next change in 5K. I'm sure dino in rear is the safest bet. Full-syn 75w-90 in the rest is fine.

Had a G1 Tundra 2WD w/ factory LSD. I replaced w/ Redline 75W-90 and engagement is smoother than new. No chattering.

Mobil-1 75W-90 in Tacoma's open differential. No difference from factory dino.

Well, no long time running experience, but I changed out my rear diff (LSD 4x4), front diff and transfer case last year with the Redline products. I will have to check my records when I get home this pm, but I think I did exactly what you mention above 75w-90 with FM for rear and the NS for the front diff and transfer case. Before I changed, I was getting a chattering in the rear diff when making a hard turn (factory fluid). I am not getting that now. I changed out at about 20K IIRC...
