What kind of HP & Torque gains should one expect by adding either a URD or DT y-pipe to their Tacoma?

The DT "Pipe Bomb" has just been released and URD is the only one to have it.

I do not know of any dyno tests that have been done with just the DT "Pipe Bomb".

I have done dyno tests on my 05 XRunner with the URD TCAI, URD Y Pipe, and the URD 3" fully polished Cat-Back. In that test there was a 31 RWHP gain on a DynoJet dyno. I would think that the performance gains between the URD Y Pipe and the DT "Pipe Bomb" would be very close.

If you have a 4x4 there is a possiblility it would be more because of the way teh stock Y pipe necks down under the transfer case restricting flow more than on the 2x4 Y pipes.

The big selling point for the 4x4 folks is the ground clearence issue where the stock Y pipe hangs down and is the lowest part of the underside of the truck and the first thing to grab those rocks and get damaged. This setup eliminates that problem for the off road folks.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but that is the best I have.
