Question Brake pedal spring noise

I have a 2008 Tacoma Double cab with about 10k on it and have recently noticed that when applying the brake I am hearing a "springy" noise. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how do I correct it? It's more of a pain that a matter of functionality.

I have an '07 DC TRD 4x2 w/ 15k on it, since I got it it's been happening to me but just when hitting the brakes while I'm going downhill. It hasn't fixed itself obviously but neither I've complained with the dealership... I think it's related to some other owners that claim to have been "pushed by their own truck's bed when braking"... Have no idea what's wrong, but I'm with you buddy!

Is the sound coming from the rear or the front? If its the rear I can tell ya what it is.

It actually sounds like it is coming from the pedal assembly itself. Almost like it is up under the dash.
