2005 Taco 4x4 wheel bearing replacement?

I have a Tundra, but my pop has a Taco. Dealer says a front wheel bearing is bad and they want 800 to replace. The part is 80 bucks. Has anybody here done this job. I imagine it is just like a standard front wheel drive car. Remove the lower control arm, press the old bearing out and press a new bearing in. Does that sound about right?

didn't look at it, but here's a link for the factory service manual. wheel bearing replacement should be in there. $800.00 sounds awful steep to me.

The bearings is a bolt on. No pressing. But you will need to replace the seals also.

The bearings sell for $104 ea. from trdparts4u.

Does the dealer charge $350 an hour for labor??
