Manual -> Power mirror swap

I've got power mirrors on my Tacoma and scraped one of them up. The motor and glass are still ok, I just want to fix the blemish. Does anyone know if I can buy the cheaper manual mirror and take the guts out and replace it with my current power mirror guts?
