Hi,

I'm sorry, I don't have the instructions. Like you, I had tons of problems putting them on myself. I ended up having to swallow my pride and go to the dealership for help. To my surprise, the guy at the dealership told me that I was'nt the first person to have difficulty installing them; this actually made me feel a little better. Anyways, he basically took the part with the tube and stuffed it as far as it would go between the upper and lower parts of the seat. He pushed it so far in that if you looked from the back, you would actually see it pushing against the flap covering the back of the chair. Once it was in, he put the bottom part on first and followed up with the top. You will find that the seatcover is REALLY tight as you're trying to put it on (especially the top)...that's normal. As you pull it over, the tube will get pulled back out just enough to get the seat cover on, but keep the over wedged between the seat. Some people have used different techniques to put these on. I'm sure other methods will work, this is just what worked for me. I hope this makes sense and helps. If not, let me know and I will do the best I can to clarify.

Mitch

Here you go. These were really tough to get on. I did it during the summer and I was sweating like a hog trying to get that plastic rod in there. I practically got carpal tunnel. Once you get them in as far as you can, they fit really nice. I'm just afraid to take them off to wash them!

I've been thinking about getting heated seats and seat covers (separate thoughts) for my '09 TRD sport. I just realized I could probably put the heated seats under the seat cover, rather than tearing the seats apart. Would that be a good idea?

I got a great leather set, fit super and allow access to the controls. Where? Wally Mart $65 a side. Just don't tell your friends where you got 'em.
