Yeah - I really, really hate that part. I stopped buying GM junk and started buying Toyota's to get away from that kind of stuff, and now I have a Toyota with GM junk systems in it. Not a good thing at all!

Thanks for the heads-up on the HVAC TSB!

I've complained to my dealer all winter about the wussy AC unit. It's never been disconnected, and it runs constantly since I nearly always use defrost mode.

Most of the time, passengers in the rear seats cannot see out of the windows at all. I've got the deep dish floor mats, and really make an effort to keep excess moisture out of the cab. It really is pathetic that an expensive truck would come with such a pansy climate control.

I have an '07 access cab prerunner and have put 43,000 miles on it. I did have the leaf spring tsb performed and it made all the difference in the way the truck handled and rides. My only other complaint is that the A/C unit in my opinion is not as good as it should be. I have to run it on high most of the time and this should not be the case in so. cal.
Other than that it has been a great truck - I have not see any of the issues some people have mentioned on this forum such as the driveline shudder.
I would buy another one for sure based on my personal experience.

That was the first thing to go, 20 miles into my 07 and I ripped them off
