Question Door Locks

I have a 2008 Tacoma and I just had a remote starter and keyless entry installed. I have had problems with it unlocking the doors now. It will lock them everytime with no problems. the problem is when I unlock them it does not always unlock them. I have to unlock them with the door key and then they work fine again for a day or two. The company that installed the system checked it and advised me that there is no way that there system can be the problem. Has anyone else had this problem with or without the aftermarket keyless entry system. I have only owned this truck for 3 weeks and I wanted to try and findout before I go back to the dealer and deal with them.
