TacomaGeneral discussion forum for the 2005 and later Toyota Tacoma.
This is a discussion thread titled "2005 Tacoma at Toyota.com (Future Vehicles)", within the Tacoma forum, part of the Truck Forums category.
Nothing major, but they moved the little blurb and a couple new pictures to their future vehicles section. Even posted a link on the main homepage. Can we expect official pricing soon?

My dealer told me that the trucks would start hitting their lots in about a week. I think it is amazing how the pricing has not been released yet. It is actually starting to piss me off.
Thanks for the link...geez going through those option packages made my head hurt.....TRD sport pack #1 plus this minus that add alloy wheels and shake well....
I think most of the models will have a color keyed front bumper. However with the TRD Off Road package (and some SR5 packages) the front grill is chrome as is the rear bumper. The sport version has thethe color keyed front grill and rear bumper. You can see in the link here for pics of the TRD Off Road/SR5 version with Chrome:

Do you have the complete pricing info including all options?
If so, are you posting all of it?
Will it be posted elsewhere or released by Toyota today?
Most importantly, when do you think you will post? Work is gonna hate me if I keep refrshing this page every 5 minutes
If you can't post everything, but have all pricing info, is there anyway you can email me all the info you have?
In any event, your info is truly appreciated and I'm sure I'm not the only one out there chomping at the bit to see exactly how much the 05's are gonna run!

I'm not a full TS member. Is there any way I could get the file emailed to me at HKINGS@aol.com. It would be truly appreciated! There are only like 2 Package prices I need from it at this point and $25 seems like alot to pay to get them

I love the look of color keyed w/ chrome grill. But I'm in Washington DC a lot, all parallel parking. In DC, I think there is an rule, you must bump the vehicles in front of and behind you when parking. Eveyone's bumpers looks like a dog chewed them up. Chrome can take the beating (my 1986 Olds did, my current Acura does not). I'm new to the truck sceen, but I assume chrome is more desirable off-road for the same reason.
It is nothing a 3" lift & a bar up front would not solve.
