Default How many 4x2 Tacomas go off roading?

I know all the 4x4s take their tacos off roading but I want to know who takes their 4x2 off roading? If so, how extreme do you take it? Also when should I use the rear locker when I go off roading? Just started takin my 2wd off roading and it rides pretty nice although I almost got stuck in the mud.

Yeah man, mud sucks.. BUT, all the dirt off-roading, and gravel, rocks, hills, soft dirt, I have never had a problem with it. But the mud...it's a whole different story, I hate mud, haha.. I only had to use my locker like twice, going up this steep dirt incline, and when I got stuck in the mud

A better question is how many 4x2's make it back on the road by themselves.

You're exactly right. I think my 4x2 (open rear diff) has been offroad than many modern day 4x4s, but luckily I have a K1500 that can pull me out when need be.
