Best Deal on Factory Shop Manuals?

Is buying the Toyota factory shop manuals from the dealer the best deal? I think I saw something in the back of the Owner's Manual about purchasing them through the dealer, but I thought they might be available elsewhere too.

How much are they typically?

You will not see any real discount on them, through the dealer or direct from the Toyota Material Distribution Center (1-800-622-2033).

They are very expensive.

For the 05 Taco, there are 3 books. They are $130 EACH. I saw a complete set go on ebay for "only" about $300.

I've just been using their online service to download info when I need it. It's $10/day, but you can get everything you want for that day.
