Load a/c Blower noise

Anyone else experiencing this. Used the Defogger for the first time today and the Blower noise was Loud!! Sounded like a leaf blower under the dash. Never had the blower on full high before. Always just used one of the first two settings. Wondering if one of the ducts in the dash is not installed properly as it sounds like alot of the air is not coming out of the vents but somewhere else. Also seems like there is a lot more noise than air flow. This is on the Two Highest settings for the blower without the recirculate button off.
